Berry Tart

Last weekend I tried this berry tart at Tiong Bahru Bakery in Raffles City Shopping  Center. 


The base was shortbread and atop the fresh berries was chantilly cream. I liked it a lot. The only issue was cutting into the shortbread which require a knife.


Before I ate the tart I enjoyed ciabatta with prosciutto, arugula and mozzarella cheese. The orange-grapefruit juice was good too. I only have one more weekend to visit the bakery before I leave Singapore.
