Savory Breakfast Croissants

This morning I went to the Tiong Bahru Bakery in Raffles City, the mall above City Hall MRT station.

On the left was a croissant with a soft boiled egg and bonito flakes. The other croissant was smoked salmon, spinach and ricotta cheese. 

The salad was mesclun with dried cranberries and sesame seeds. 

The rum raisin roll was sadly not a rum raisin Kouign Amann. 

The pear apple celery juice was good.
