I should be eating more Chinese food as I will miss it when I leave this archipelago.
I had this delicious dinner at Crystal Jade La Mien in Bugis Junction.
The fine noodles sat in a bowl of an amazing peanut chili sauce. There was also garlic and Sichuan peppers in the sauce. I loved it so much I drank the sauce after I finished the noodles.
Then I was served drunken chicken.
This was incredible! Served cold, in a sauce of rice wine, the mellow chicken flavors pleased me greatly. The wolfsberries added tartness to the sauce.
Sichuan cucumbers were delicious.
Iced pomelo tea was refreshing.
