This was the best cheeseburger I’ve had in Singapore and really one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The bun was hot and it was so messy I couldn’t eat it with my hands. That’s good!
USDA beef, sliced tomato, gruyère cheese and some sweet relish went between the hot, spongy bun. And truffle mayonnaise. How could I have forgotten?
The savory mayonnaise on the fries was good, too.
